Frequently Asked Questions
Measuring your head for comfort headband size
Comfort headbands are made to measure, which means that all tiaras are made for the individual. To choose your 'comfort headband size' please measure from the top of one ear across to the top of the other ear and take a measurement. If you feel this isn't large enough, please adjust this measurement to suit.
If for any reason you would prefer to discuss your measurements or the measuring procedure, please don't hesitate to contact Louise on 01305 781393* or email me at

Looking After Your Tiara Heaven Designs
There are a few simple steps you can take to help to keep your Tiara Heaven designs in good condition for years to come:
- Avoid handling your item too much before your big day to keep it in the best condition. After 'the big day' lightly wipe over your Tiara Heaven design with a dry lint-free cloth to erase finger prints but please be careful not too loosen any wires.
- Some of the designs are very delicate and storing them correctly helps to keep them safe. When not in use, keep your Tiara Heaven design in its presentation box and in the provided acid free tissue paper away from any moisture. Over time silver and silver plated designs left out in the air will tarnish but this process of oxidization can be prevented to a degree by putting your item into a jewellery bag or a zip locked plastic bag before placing into the presentation box.
- Occasionally clean your item using a specialist silver cleaning cloth but please do take care not to loosen any wires.
- Avoid getting hairspray or perfume onto your item by covering or spraying before putting on any of the hair accessories or jewellery. Ask your hairdresser to fit your headpiece after spraying.
- Never put real pearls into a jewellery cleaner.
